Natural winemaking has evolved over a period of approx. 8,000 years.
From quality grapes which are hand harvested, we allow the wines to naturally ferment without the addition of commercial yeasts and other ingredients.
Learn about this age old natural process and from the barrel, enjoy tasting the wines made naturally as has been done for thousands of years.
We grow and produce award winning Pinot Noirs, Whites, Blended Reds and Sparkling Wines which are available for tasting & purchase at our Cellar Door on Bishop Road.
Tasting direct from the barrels are a feature of our winery and we offer the opportunity for visitors in groups of approximately 2 - 8 people to share this wine educational experience.
Barrel Tastings by appointment. Cost $10 per person.
