Dinyarrak Farms olive grove is situated in the Western Victorian wheat belt on a rich loam hillside looking North to the Sunset Country of the Big Desert.
The Dinyarrak olive grove has Kalamata olives grown for pickling and two varieties of olives grown for oil production. The oil varieties are Frantio and Koroneiki, which are pressed together.
Dinyarrak olives are harvested at early ripening and cold pressed to squeeze out the juice from the olives. The resultant oil is fresh and produces robust fruity oil with peppery finish.
The oil is ideal for dipping in bread, dressing salads, drizzling over a roast, or as a fantastic base for herbal pesto or dip.
